Never Blue

Chef Jesse Roque fell in love with Hendersonville when she would come to visit her mom, Pam. Chef Jesse originally created Never Blue as a café and art gallery to showcase her mother's art. Pam's artwork is a big part of the Never Blue atmosphere. You can see some of her work today, from the koi fish tiles on the bar to the sculptures around the restaurant. On Fridays and Saturdays, Pam is here making her rounds talking to guests. She’s part of the Never Blue experience on the weekends.
