The Henderson County Curb Market celebrates the first Saturday in May, May 6th, with a Memorial Day Recognition. Bring your worn flags to the Market to be retired. A container will be provided to send to the American Legion. Poppies will be available from the Ladies’ Auxiliary of the American Legion. There will be live patriotic music performed by Angela McCraw and complimentary ice cream. Children can create a Mothers’ Day card to take home. Come and enjoy the special happenings and shop for unique hand crafted items, preserves, honey, free range eggs and seasonal local produce. The Market is open every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 8 am until 2pm.
