The Village of Flat Rock’s annual ice cream social at village hall is a fun gathering given by the Village with a plethora of ice cream, music, and various information booths. The Historic Flat Rock Cultural Museum will be open during this time. It is a wonderful opportunity to welcome new members to the organization and to share all that HFR does in the village.
