Michelle Tennant, President of the Henderson County Beekeepers Association, is a passionate protector of pollinators and the proud host of Henderson County’s “Bee School” every January and February for those who are honey-beekeeping curious. Find local honey to sweeten your tea and local mentors to teach you how to build an apiary to pollinate your gardens and orchards through Michelle, and if you see a bee swarm, email [email protected] and she will connect you with club members who specialize in moving swarms to protective apiaries.
