FOMO? Guaranteed if you skip it. Run or walk through the Historic 7th Avenue District with a crowd of costumed runners\, then keep the party going at the Fall Festival just steps from the finish line!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCostumes are highly encouraged and we have prizes for the best ones! Award Categories include Best-Dressed Kids Costume\, Best-Dressed Individual\, Best-Dressed Friends/Family\, Best-Dressed Pet\, Most Original Costume\, and ‘We can’t believe you ran in that costume!’ \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRun or walk through the revitalized Historic 7th Avenue District\, experience the breathtaking beauty of fall on the Oklawaha Greenway\, and conquer the twists and turns of the Trick or Trail 5k or Spooky Sprint course. Both courses are fairly flat and offer a blend of nature and pavement\, ensuring a speedy and enjoyable race. There will be one water station on the 5K course just before mile 1\, near Sullivan Park and the Boys and Girls Club. Due to the flat and flood-prone nature of this route\, we have a back-up route that will be implemented\, if needed.

Both courses start and end in Jackson Park and follow paved roads and forested greenways. There will be 2 water stations providing Gatorade\, water\, energy gels and Jambars. With less than 400 feet of elevation gain\, each course is relatively flat.

Think sharp climbs\, fast drops\, and singletrack that demands your focus. No crowds. No concrete. Just you\, the trail\, and a shot at something real. New to trails? Perfect. Already a trail junkie? Even better. Bonus: it all supports Friends of DuPont Forest\, so you’re running for more than just yourself. \nThe course offers a unique opportunity to elevate your fitness among the rolling hills and towering trees that make up this beautiful forest. The 8.5-mile course is a trail runners dream. With nearly 1\,000 feet of elevation gain\, it’s a challenging endurance route taking you through the most beautiful parts of the forest.
