Partner Co-Op Program

Reach More Travelers for a Fraction of the Cost

Visit Hendersonville’s Partner Co-Op Marketing Program gives Henderson County tourism partners access to professionally managed advertising opportunities at a significantly reduced cost. HCTDA covers approximately 80% of the advertising investment, while our marketing team and agency partners handle the strategy, creative, targeting, placement and reporting.

Opportunities this year include paid social, digital advertising, print and email placements designed to reach travelers in key feeder markets.  A few simple steps follow to learn more, ask questions, and participate.

STEP 1: EXPLORE THE OPPORTUNITIES

Before enrolling, review the FY27 Partner Co-Op Marketing Guide to see the available advertising opportunities, audiences, markets, timing, pricing and what each placement includes.

Not sure which opportunities are the best fit for your business? Ashley Downer can help you identify the placements that best match your goals and budget.

STEP 2: SELECT YOUR PLACEMENTS AND ENROLL

Ready to participate? Select the placements you want below. There is no minimum purchase, and you can enroll in additional placements throughout the year as long as space remains available and the applicable asset deadline has not passed.

2.
Invoicing: Partner will be invoiced in full for all enrolled placements upon signing of this Agreement. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date (Net 30).

6.
Use of Partner Materials: Partner grants HCTDA and its media/creative partners a limited license to use Partner's business name, logo, and submitted creative solely to produce and deliver the enrolled placements.
7.
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
8.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the enrollment selections above, is the entire understanding between Partner and HCTDA regarding Partner's participation in the FY27 Program and supersedes prior discussions. Changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
