For the sixth consecutive season, actor and theologian E.R. Haire, Jr. will once again grace the stage at St. John in the Wilderness with his moving one-man performance of Truman Capote’s heartwarming short story, A Christmas Memory. This annual tradition has become a beloved event for the Flat Rock community and beyond, offering a nostalgic escape into the tender, bittersweet memories of Capote’s early years.

Performances will be held in the Wilderness Room in St. John’s Parish House at 1905 Greenville Highway, Flat Rock, on the following dates:

• Friday, December 13 at 7:30 pm
• Saturday, December 14 at 7:30 pm
• Sunday, December 15 at 2:30 pm
• Sunday, December 15 at 7:30 pm

The show is free to the public, but attendance is limited to 55 people per performance. RSVP is required. If the performance you would like to see is full, please consider a different performance, and/or add your name to the waitlist.
