This isn’t just a meal—it’s a North Carolina-style gathering full of good food, local flavor, and the laid-back charm of the mountains. We have partnered with Chef Connor Hinderks. So gather all your friends and join us for the highest elevation “low country” boil around.
All the fixins are included—plus live music from The Ryan Taylor Price String Band to keep the vibe just right for a lazy Sunday afternoon in the vineyard. Wines by the glass and bottle will be available for purchase to enjoy your meal.

Cajun Low Country Boil
Shrimp & blue crab simmered in a rich New Orleans-style seafood broth with andouille sausage, sweet corn, red potatoes, whole garlic, and bok choy-all finished with a decadent Cajun garlic butter—all laid out the traditional way on butcher paper for that down-home, roll-up-your-sleeves experience.
