Halloween Benefit for Hurricane Recovery
Continuum Art is excited to invite you to a meaningful event supporting the local community! On October 26th, they’re hosting a Halloween Benefit for Hurricane Recovery at Continuum in Downtown Hendersonville. This event is a great opportunity to come together and make a difference for those affected by recent storms.
Here’s what is planned for the evening:
• “Memoria” Art Exhibit: Featuring new works from artists impacted by Hurricane Helene.
• Tattoo Flash Benefit: Hosted by Continuum Tattoo and displaced artists from Asheville, with designs priced between $80-$250 to support tattooers affected by the storm.
• Entertainment: Hillary Begley (from the movie “Dumplin'”) as your MC, DJ Dagget Productions keeping the energy high, and live music by the Liam Pendergrass Trio and Brother Maven from Nashville.
• Silent Auction: Supporting artists who lost their studios during the storm.
• Grazing Table & Specialty Cocktails: Provided by Hale Catering and Sundry House.
• Costume Contest: Show off your Halloween creativity and win exciting prizes!
VIP ticket holders will enjoy unlimited grazing, complimentary cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options), and free entry into the costume contest. Every part of this evening is being donated by local businesses and artists to maximize funds raised for the recovery efforts.
Proceeds from the event will support local businesses and artists, including the Marquee in Asheville, Foundation Studios, and the Hendersonville Arts Council, as well as those impacted by the floods in River Arts.
We hope to see you there! Your attendance will make a real difference in the community’s recovery.
