You have found Peppermint Bear’s missing bear cubs! Great job, you are a wonderful helper. Your generous spirit has made you eligible to be entered into our Peppermint Bear Gift Giveaway. Winners will be drawn at the end of December, so please be sure to keep an eye on your email account. For locals, we will ask you to pick up your gift. For out-of-towners, we will happily mail your gift. Have a wonderful rest of your holiday season!

Parents: No need to do anything other than complete this online form, including attaching a photo of your stamped brochure so that we can verify how many locations you visited. Please complete this form one time for each child (or adult!) who participated.
