Partner Photography Request Form
Open to all Henderson County Tourism Partners
The Henderson County Tourism Development Authority (HCTDA) is excited to offer a brand new, free program to all Henderson County-based partners for free photography and videography services! Any Tourism Partner based in Henderson County and who has a business listing or event listing on the VisitHendersonvilleNC.org website may use this form to request a professional photographer come to your business or tourism-related event.
To request these complimentary photography services, please complete the form below.
Completion of this form does not guarantee your will be approved; the HCTDA has the right to approve or reject all submissions, and to prioritize when multiple submissions are made for the same date/time. As many requests as possible will be approved, based primarily on the limited resources the HCTDA has. Each Tourism Partner is limited to photography services up to three times max in a twelve-month period and videography services one time per twelve-month period.
A few notes about this program:
– The HCTDA becomes the owner of the photos, and will give you licensing to use these photos/videos for marketing purposes.
– All photo requests must be for purpose of marketing, advertising or print materials that are intended to drive visitation to Henderson County.
– Requests must be made with more than 21 days advance notice. (Partners will be selected on a first-come-first served basis, so you are encouraged to apply as early as possible.)
– You will be required to sign a legally-binding agreement with the HCTDA.
– You will need to provide your own models, if required. (The HCTDA may be able to assist or make suggestions.)
– If you fail to meet the photographer at your booked time or fail to inform the TDA in advance of an event cancellation, you will be charged for the photographer’s time.
After you complete the form below, someone will get back to you with additional questions, an agreement letter or a rejection notice within 30 days. Please direct all questions to Melanie Black, [email protected].
