Agritourism plays a key role, especially from early August through late October when dozens of apple orchards invite visitors to pick apples, sample fresh cider and baked goods, and enjoy activities like wagon rides, corn mazes, pumpkin patches and apple cannons. Fall is a popular time to visit Hendersonville, and there are plenty of winter activities to make that season magical as well.
