Poetry Open Mic Hendo is the all-new sister event of Poetry Open Mic Asheville, the longest-running open mic in Western North Carolina. Poetry Open Mic Hendo happens every Thursday at 7:30 p.m., at Shakedown Lounge. Performers are encouraged to arrive early to sign up. This poetry-centered event welcomes all people and all forms of creative expression. Look out for frequent featured guests, drink specials for performers, good entertainment, and lots more open mic to come.
